    1. Private Coaching: In-person only.

    2. Hybrid Coaching: In-person (semi-private) + Remote Acess (workouts delivered online)

  • Built to improve your performance as a golfer at any level by utilizing physical training.

    The program is designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, rotational power, and speed to play with more control and less limitations.

    This program is updated weekly to accomodate for different seasons and goals.

    We will train mobility and flexibility for greater movement quality.

    We will train strength and stability for greater resiliency.

    We will train power and speed for greater motor control.

  • Primary: Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell/hex bar, medicine balls, bands/cables, box/bench, and a cardio machine such as a bike or rower.

    Substitutions can be provided based on access.

    BOOK INTAKE SESSION

    Our intake session is used to review and set goals, and assess your individual needs.

    We will use the SBD screening process to evauluate the most effective program and method to fit your needs.

    Remote coaching clients, use the link below to determine your online program.

    ONLINE ACCESS

  • Workouts are released a week at a time, with 3 workouts provided each week.

    Each workout can be completed in 60 minutes or less.

  • Members with access to a home-gym setup, golf club gym or travelling hotel gyms can remain consistent and participate wherever their location.

    Equipment list: primarily dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, box/bench, cables/bands and ideally, access to at least one cardio-driven machine.

  • You won’t be alone! I’ve carefully selected a platform that allows for a higher level of instruction.

    Each exercise will include video instruction and each workout will include written instruction. As a member you will gain access to coach messaging for any questions that may arise.
